St. Louis Post-Dispatch Great Taste

• All tickets are nonrefundable and all sales are final.
• You must be 21+ to attend this event. No children will be allowed to attend with any ticket holders.
• By purchasing a ticket, and participating in or attending St. Louis Post-Dispatch, LLC’s (“SLPD”) Great Taste (the “EVENT”), you will be expressly assuming the risk and legal liability and waiving and releasing all claims for injuries, damages, or loss which you might sustain as a result of any and all activities connected with and associated with participation in the event. Assumption of Risks Waiver, Release and Indemnification. I wish to participate in, or attend the Event. I understand that participation or attendance in the EVENT may involve inherent risks, dangers, and hazards, which may be unmarked and occur without warning, and that operation of the EVENT by SLPD or its EVENT affiliates does not and cannot guarantee my safety. I understand and acknowledge that neither the SLPD, or any of their affiliates are insurers of my conduct. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, covenant not to sue, and discharge the SLPD, the event venue, their parent organizations, their affiliates and all of their trustees, directors, managers, officers, employees, volunteers, agents and representatives (each a “Releasee” and collectively, the “Releasees”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, illness or injury, including but not limited to death or COVID infection, that may be sustained by me or loss or damage to any, arising out of or related to my participating in the EVENT. I agree that, in the event that any person brings any claim or action individually or on my behalf, related to any injury or loss suffered by me as a result of participation in the EVENT, that I will indemnify the Releasees against such claims, including payment of attorney fees. I agree that this release shall bind my guardian, assigns, heirs, administrators and executors forever.
• You agree to not to attend if 48 hours prior to this event:

  *You have experienced symptoms of fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting or diarrhea.
  *You have been in close physical contact (6 feet or closer for a cumulative total of 15 minutes) with anyone who is known to have laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 OR anyone who has any symptoms consistent with COVID-19.
  *You have been isolating or quarantining because of possible exposure to a person with COVID-19 or are worried that you may be sick with COVID-19.
  *You are currently waiting on the results of a COVID-19 test.
