The winners and runner-up favorites will be highlighted in an ongoing slideshow on various screens throughout the venue. There will also be a short, 10-minute presentation honoring the top 14 most-voted on businesses. All other businesses will pick up their trophies and window clings at a designated area at the event.
In addition to celebrating and networking, guests will enjoy a celebratory champagne toast, two complimentary drink tickets, heavy appetizers, live music from Alex Rich, TKO DJs and Alexander Ruwe and The Red Jackets and more!

- Cash bar will be available. Reminder each guest will receive two complimentary drink tickets.
- The businesses in attendance will receive their winner's plaques or runners-up window clings and certificates at the event. The trophies and clings/certificates will be picked up from a designated location at the event. There are no formal presentations of the trophies or runners-up certificates/clings, therefore no acceptance speeches or on-stage appearances required. This event is primarily a party to celebrate this great achievement and honor the 2023 STL Headliner recipients!
- Only those top 14 most-voted businesses will be announced during the 10-minute presentation to receive the special award. No acceptance speeches required.
- Heavy appetizers will be available at various food stations that can be enjoyed while mingling with others or at standing, cocktail tables. There will be no large, seated tables.
- Guests must be 21+--NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Event concludes at 9pm.
